We conduct hundreds of Sweet & Simple Weddings every year at our Little Wedding Chapel and at homes, parks, and the many beautiful venues throughout Fauquier County and Northern & Central Virginia.

Up to 90 minutes total time on site
Photography Services available. starting from $225
We can attend your rehearsal for an additional $150 charge, depending on availability.
We bring a Bluetooth loudspeaker and a choice of Wedding Arbor for small weddings.
What to Expect:
We’ll work with you by phone, correspondence or in person at our venue after you book to help you create your ceremony your way! We arrive 30-45 minutes before your ceremony to review your license, capture photo IDs and review any last-minute changes. Our Pricing is based on location, with no additional fees for travel or ceremony personalization:
$199 plus tax - Old Town Warrenton or Culpeper
$275 plus tax - Southern/Central Fauquier or Culpeper County
$350 plus tax - Anywhere Else We Cover
EXPRESS MARRIAGE SERVICE - $75

Say your “I Do’s” with our Express Marriage Service to be legally married in Virginia. No guests, no formal ceremony or photo session, everything is done in a few minutes. Perfect for couples planning a destination wedding or larger celebration later, or couples in need of a quick wedding for family logistics like access to military housing or health care. You can add a romantic photo session to your express service for $225.
What to Expect:
Pick up your marriage license at any Circuit Court in Virginia and arrange to bring it to Ciao Bella. We’ll serve as legal officiant by witnessing your marriage and submitting your license for certification. We can notarize your application for a marriage license if needed, and our Little Wedding Chapel is a half-block from the Fauquier Circuit Court.
ABOUT OUR OFFICIANTS
Mona & Dan became certified Virginia Wedding Officiants in 2014, and we’re also licensed Notary Public agents. As Civil Marriage Celebrants we’re not religious officials or clergy, but we treat everyone with the same love and respect and you’re welcome to include prayers and traditions with meaning to you. We work to be the best and most reliable officiant service around, help you to create your custom wedding ceremony, serve as legal witness and return your completed license to the court for certification (we check “civil” ceremony for all licenses we file). Our officiants carry liability insurance, and we’re happy to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to your venue after you book.
At Ciao Bella our officiants like to ask the couple if there’s anything special to include “last minute” as we check in before the ceremony. Usually, we add an anecdote about something each person loves about the other, how they met, how they arrived at this moment, etc., but one bride last fall asked for a gentle tease of the groom to be penciled in and it led to this.

HOW IT WORKS
Click or tap “Save Your Date” to check availability and book your Officiant Services. You can either leave a $75 retainer or pay in full. Deposit/retainer is non-refundable, but you can reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability. Please be sure to have your valid Virginia marriage license and a photo ID (license, passport, military ID, etc.) for each of you when we arrive. Ciao Bella can accept your valid marriage license from any courthouse or circuit court in Virginia. Details to obtain your license, how online booking works and more are available on our FAQ page.
